# Voraussetzung
installiertes Visual Studio Code mit Jupiter Notebook und Python extension

# 1. venv erstellen
```python3 -m venv .venv```

# 2. venv aktivieren
```source .venv/bin/activate```

# 3. pip install
alle pakete aus der Datei requirements.txt mit `pip install` installieren


# 4. Je nach dem
Account auf https://quantum.ibm.com/ und api token erhalten
